While you're welcome to choose any provider you prefer, travel insurance can offer financial protection and peace of mind in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
For optimal coverage, we recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after finalizing your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We want to be transparent about our cancellation policy:
"Guest receives 100.00% (less $225.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $225.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival."
The cancellation fee covers administrative costs, payment processing, and lost booking opportunities. This policy ensures we can continue providing top-quality service and exceptional experiences for all guests. We believe in being upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.
