Cancellation Policy
We want to be transparent about our cancellation policy, which is "Guest receives 95.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.." This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service and experiences for all our guests. We believe in being upfront about this to avoid any misunderstandings.
